Mental health is critical today due to the changing socio-economic trends in our country and social pressures like lack of jobs, lack of social facilities like housing, and other needs that put pressure on people. Various accidents in this country take place due to mental health issues like suicide, and drivers who drive while depressed due to pressure of our daily lives. Anxiety levels are also a major cause of mental disorders in this country. This, therefore, calls for health facilities that take care of our increasing demand for mental healthcare provision to be cascaded downwards probably up to sub-location levels, if the country can afford.
