    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I thank Hon. Mishi for this opportunity to add my voice in support of this very important Motion. I just want to quickly mention that in this country, we only have 10 facilities that provide mental health illness services. This Motion is important because we need to have mental health facilities closer to our people because there are many cases where people shy off from either saying they have these issues or are stigmatised when they want to mention that they have mental-related issues. This is important for us and we must ensure that this policy is implemented and does not gather dust like all the other policies in the country. I, therefore, support the Motion. I submit."
