"content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. You have guided us on what should be done. Looking at what the Chairman has presented in the form of a response for Hon. Mbui’s request, the first thing is that anything that is related to labour has to be discussed. It is a two-sided issue: protecting the company and the individuals in that particular labour force. Secondly, as you rightly said, Article 94(5) clearly states that nothing will have the force of law unless it is passed by this House. Thirdly, PSRA is a new organisation even if it is four years old and cannot work independently. It has to work with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection to protect individuals working in those organisations. Thank you."
