What Members are saying is that you have implicated the Head of the Public Service as having taken over the approval process and gazettement of the members of the NG-CDF boards across the country. Hon. Pukose responded by saying that it is not in writing and you do not have any evidence that, that has happened. It is hearsay. So, you need to confirm if you have a written circular to that effect. If not, you have to withdraw that position."
