    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to support the Report and appreciate the Chairman and Members of the Budget and Appropriations Committee (BAC) for the work they have done. I know it has been a very tough year where we have to ensure that we meet the timelines and aspirations of Kenyans. We need to appreciate that every sector will have to share the burden. More importantly, this situation might teach us to scrutinise our budgets more carefully and see how we perform with them. It will now give us a way forward on what the President has always wished to have – an itemised Budget. This will help us. All I know is that it is up to us to make do with whatever little we have.
