Let more than 40 per cent of the funds reach the common man, and it shall be seen in services and all manner of work that is done. Lastly, on the issue of the Equalisation Fund and the revenue that we send to counties through the Division of Revenue Bill, I want those monies to be sent on time. I ask the National Treasury, as much as we are budgeting what we have, let us make sure that any funds that we are supposed to transmit to counties, be taken there on time so that wananchi can have a feel that good work is done.
