    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we know that this is a very important office. This office oversees how Government funds have been spent. I would expect that whoever holds that office should be qualified in that line. I would like to know from the Assistant Minister, looking at all the four the four names that have been indicated here, none of them is a certified public accountant who is able to audit. Why have the holders of this office not had any qualifications of a required auditor?"
