While commending the Controller and Auditor-General for a good job since Independence and rightly serving Parliament, why does the Assistant Minister continue to have this office as part of the Executive instead of transferring the Office of the Controller and Auditor-General in its entirety to be a parliamentary office? When will he do so to ensure the independence of the Controller and Auditor-General?"
