    "content": "Having gone through this exercise on behalf of this House and Parliament, I could not help comparing it with a similar process going on in our other House. It concerns me that we made this decision without belabouring the net worth of a candidate. I have reflected on it, and I think that asking about the net worth of a candidate is a waste of time, unless the interviewee is going to be pinned down to justify their wealth, submit tax returns and explain how they apply that wealth. If there is no threshold that you are speaking to, it does not matter for all Kenyans who care."
