"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Given the magnitude of the situation, I want to be given until Thursday, next week. Meanwhile, I want it to go on record that ever since this happened, the Hon. Member has been on my neck. As you know, he is very passionate about his community. I also want to confirm that the National Disaster Management Unit (NDMU) and other stakeholders are on the ground trying to mitigate the situation. They are also advising the communities to leave the landslide-prone areas. Having keenly listened to his Statement there is an issue on roads which I do not think falls under our mandate."
