    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, may I thank the Assistant Minister for the answer he has given to address the problems of students in Masinde Muliro University who have been out there for over six months. However, he has not told us why the students have to wait for over six months for whatever preferred disciplinary action to be effected. If laboratory equipment is not in place, are we suggesting that our students should undergo substandard training in our institutions of higher learning?"
