    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have corrected myself. Masinde Muliro University became a fully-fledged university in 2007. We were in the process of making sure that this university has all the laboratory equipment and whatever is necessary for the students to learn. At the moment, we are addressing that problem. That is why we have students out of campus. I assure this House that by October this year, all the equipment will be in place."
