    "content": "On the issue of movement in the European Union, for example, if you are travelling from Italy to Germany or Greece, or to any other country, you do not need to go through immigration. Conversely, if you are travelling from Kenya to Tanzania, you have to go through a lot of immigration checks at the Namanga boarder. We need to have what we call ‘free movement of people and goods’ across East Africa for the benefit of our economies."
