    "content": "asked the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government:- (a) if he could invite the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) to investigate the fraud by the Mara Conservancy and the Directors of Oloolo Game Ranch who have prevented the County Council of Transmara from conducting any business for over a year now; (b) whether he could also order an independent audit of the books of accounts for the Mara Conservancy, while ensuring that the Transmara county Council has a competent Clerk; and, (c) whether he could undertake to the House to prosecute those found to have taken part in fraudulent activities and recover all monies due to the Council."
