    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. My Ministry is in the process of procuring a consultant for the design and review of the remaining 37 kilometres of Road C57 from Narok to Mau Narok. The process is anticipated to be completed before the end of August, 2009. The Ministry shortlisted consultants for the design review of the roads and the following six qualified: Apex Consortium Limited, East African Engineering Consultants, Gibb Africa Limited, Howard Humphrey, Abdul Mulik Associates Limited and Cars Consultants. The evaluation of the tender is ongoing and is expected to be completed by August after which the contract would be given within the last six months and, thereafter, we shall award the contract for construction."
