    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I do not want to belabour on the points that Hon. Members have already talked about. One of them is what Hon. Makilap said, that the cabinet secretaries who will be approved by this House, will not be serving their communities, their regions or their political parties. I wonder when other communities who have never had a cabinet secretary in this country, will ever be given an opportunity to show their competence and also suitability to serve."
