"content": " Thank you for giving me this opportunity to add my voice to this very important Motion. I want to single out some of the nominees before this House today. I want to start with one Hon. Aden Duale, who is a role model to some of us. He was the area Member of Parliament for Dujis. That is when I was completing my high school education. We met in this august House while both of us were representing our great people. He is a man who has served and truly shown his abilities. We are proud of him. We are sure that he is going to serve the nation in his position as the Cabinet Secretary in charge of Environment, Climate Change & Forestry. I congratulate Hon. John Mbadi as well. He was my Chairman in the Public Accounts Committee. I have never doubted his abilities, skills and expertise. Let him ensure that he is the driver who steers this country in the right direction. I wish him well. I take this opportunity to also congratulate Hon. Ali Hassan Joho, our regional kingpin as well. It is an inspiration to many of us who came from that far and can someday reach here."
