    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. This Cabinet is the most representative in terms of form, substance, equity and diversity since, we got Independence. I commend the President for looking at the four corners of this country and making sure that we are looking for the best. I have been around for quite a long time. I remember how the first Cabinet of this country was, all the way to the one we have here now. This country is better united and more cohesive today with this kind of Cabinet than it has ever been since we attained Independence. I am also confident that these nominee cabinet secretaries, if approved, will do a good job. Just taking a cursory look, I see a number of good people who have previously done some good. I see the likes of Hon. Kindiki, Hon. Davis Chirchir and Hon. Duale, among others. I also see some very good and powerful fresh blood like Hon. Mbadi, who has been in the Public Accounts Committee since the 10th Parliament. He knows exactly what goes on in the Government. Hon. Speaker, can I have one more minute? He knows exactly what happens in the Treasury inside out. I am sure he will do a very good job. Let us give this Cabinet space and support. Let us also support our President because this country has to be kept together. To those running around the country with calls for demonstrations and the rest, I tell them that I have seen what a failed state looks like."
