"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Today is a heavy day for me because the people this House is losing who are going to the Executive are people I have worked with very closely. Hon. Mbadi was our Leader of the Minority Party in the 12th Parliament, and I was his Minority Whip. Hon. Wandayi is the outgoing Leader of the Minority Party, and I have been his Minority Whip as well. These are two gentlemen that I have worked with very closely in the House and at the party level.
