    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is always a pleasure to welcome students from Starehe Boys' Centre. As I have said previously, this is an Institution whose reputation actually goes without saying. The Director, Josphat Mwaura, continues to do a good job. I was very happy and proud that just last week, one of the more prominent alumni of Starehe Boys' Centre was actually nominated by my party, the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) to chair the very powerful Public Accounts Committee (PAC) in the National Assembly. So, I am sure that even in the delegation that is here today, we will be seeing future leaders.
