"content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I hope you will save me the time. The final issue is on the Toi Market fire. Last week, we moved the Land (Amendment) Bill before this House that is now pending before the Committee of the Whole. Part of what we expect to do from that particular piece of legislation is to ensure that all public utility lands are given titles in their name. These fires that you see in Gikomba, Mutindwa and Toi markets are all about people trying to take ownership of this land. Therefore, I hope that Senators can find time, either this afternoon or tomorrow, to conclude on that Amendment Bill, so that we can wind up this issue of public land meant for building of public institutions. Otherwise, we will end up being like my good friend, Sen. Cherarkey, who is speaking about opulence while wearing the most expensive watch I have ever seen in this House."
