    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this chance to also pass a few comments on this particular Bill and report from the Committee that I am humbly part of. This proposal by the National Assembly should be rejected in totality. I hope that this House will be bolder to even reject any other proposition to deny counties money. For instance, I have seen in the fiscal consolidation proposal from the National Assembly that the monies for the counties from Division of Revenue Act (DORA) should be reduced from Kshs400 billion to Kshs380 billion. That must also be rejected.
