In the interest of justice, and fairness, the country needs to follow the proceedings clearly and openly, so that when a final decision is made, whether for or against the Governor, everyone finds that the Senate has done justice. The Senate stands for devolution and we want the County of Meru to succeed. I propose that we go the plenary way. We are looking for justice for Meru County, so that they can have expediency and succeed in its endeavours. I thank you."
