    "content": "This Motion is so crucial that we cannot afford to let it go to a committee. I am saying this because there was a similar Motion that the National Assembly brought to impeach a Cabinet Secretary. The mood of the House in the National Assembly at that time was that the Cabinet Secretary must go, then, a select committee was chosen and came back and said that the Cabinet Secretary should stay, which was against majority of the people sitting in the House. So, let us not go that way. Let us agree on one issue; that it is too important for us to leave it to a committee, and have the proceedings in plenary.
