    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I did not want to shout over my colleague from Machakos County. Nonetheless, I thought she was misleading the public by creating the impression that if a matter is dealt with in committee, the public cannot follow. The Constitution requires that Parliament and all its committees allow the public to follow in their proceedings. Even in impeachments done by committees, there was still live coverage of those proceedings, which were open to the public. I thought that was a misleading statement."
