    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would also want to laud the Minister for taking a bold step to ensure monitoring and evaluation of the funds. However, in order to avoid duplication and clashes, we need to know how the proposed process would work together with the Efficiency Monitoring Unit (EMU) under the Prime Minister’s Office. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in concluding, I would want to say that the focus on quality education is very good and laudable. Nonetheless, there are certain areas that we need to look into. We should not only look at the quality of education, but we must also look at the issue of retention rates for girls in those areas."
