"content": "The 2009/2010 Budget is strongly radical and a departure from the tradition. The Budget that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance presented is people- friendly and is designed to stimulate economic growth. What has been our problem? It is important for us to reflect on the problems that we have had so that at the end we can understand why the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance came up with such a Budget. I am saying this because I was involved in the Budget preparation process."
