    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, Clause 55 of the Bill be amended by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “made by the” and substituting therefor the word “Board”. Hon. Temporary Chairlady, Clause 55 has a wrongful reference of the Authority instead of the Board. We substitute the word “Authority” with the word “Board”. That is the Committee’s recommendation."
