    "content": "(1) There is established a tribunal to be known as the Cotton Arbitration Cotton Arbitration Tribunal. Tribunal. (2) The Tribunal shall consist of— (a) a chairperson appointed by the Chief Justice who shall be a person qualified to be appointed as a judge of the High Court; and; (b) four other members, being persons with expert knowledge of the matters likely to come before the Tribunal and who are not persons with a direct material interest in the cotton industry, all of whom shall be appointed by the Chief Justice in consultation with the Attorney-General and the Council of County Governors. (3) The chairperson and members of the Tribunal shall serve on a part-time basis. (4) The members of the Tribunal appointed under subsection (2) shall hold office for a period of three years, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
