(a) becomes an undischarged bankrupt; (b) is convicted of a criminal offence and sentenced to imprisonment for a period exceeding six months without the option of a fine; (c) is incapacitated from performing the duties of the office by reason of prolonged physical or mental illness; (d) violates the Constitution; or, (e) is otherwise unable or unfit to discharge the functions of the office.
