    "content": " I was informing the Member by giving him an example of his County of Busia. It has an allocation of Ksh105 million. Previously, it received Ksh62.5 million. The level of progress on the County Aggregation and Industrial Parks (CAIP) Programme is at 25 per cent. We can also get progress reports for the rest of the other counties, but I will only give figures now. There is an allocation of Ksh105 million for all the 18 counties. This is because we decided to complete the ongoing programmes before on-boarding new ones. But we had on-boarded an additional 12 counties in the approved Budget Estimates."
