Vice-Chairlady tell Kenyans what is being deleted? They will be interested in knowing what the Second Schedule is and why it is being deleted. For posterity reasons, when you go outside, they ask: '' Hii kitu inaitwa Second Schedule ndio ninihii ?' Can she tell us what it contains? In half a second, she should be done."
