    "content": "The other thing that is important is that as we devolve these funds to the constituencies, proper management of this money is very crucial. Those MPs who have applied their CDF well, have faced challenges here and there. This was just a small amount of money but looking at the kind of money that will be in the hands of MPs from now on and assuming that all the monies that have been budgeted will be released on time, there will be even more challenges.
