    "content": "I want to thank the Minister for thinking outside box and doing exactly what Kenyans have always wanted. This Budget will just be for semantic reasons if the funds that have been allocated to be utilized will be delayed and given in small tranches. Projects may not be completed on time and that will create variance which makes such projects very expensive. If we must rely on borrowed money, then it should be borrowed in good time."
