    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to add my voice in support of this Budget. For the first time, this Budget can be called a grassroots budget. I want to support it. This is a serious attempt at devolution. We know that all of us have been agitating for devolution of power and funds. This Budget has made a very serious attempt at devolution of funds and is going to facilitate equitable distribution of resources that we have been calling for as Kenyans."
