    "content": "It is just some few weeks ago when we passed a Motion that was asking the Government to allocate resources to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) every financial year so that every IDP in this country will be resettled. I think the good gesture that has come from the Minister, for a start, Kshs2 billion will be good enough but we are asking for more allocation. I would ask that people in the arid zones or pastoralist areas who have tribal conflicts every other day like those in Laisamis and Bura should be considered as IDPs because IDPs have been seen to be people who are displaced from over- productive areas or the highlands only. Many parts of this country that have been having conflicts have not been considered."
