These are things I can read and keep the Ministry to account. The important parts would be the five bands and she is at Band Two, but there is also question three on the breakdown of the university fees and the last question on how the needy students will not be left out. She can leave out question two, which is quite lengthy and go straight to question three and four. That should be addressing the public as well."
