    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. This is a very important discussion because many students have despaired. They will neither fill these forms nor work on it. The initial forms they received scared them off university places. I know there was a circular by the Principal Secretary that they withdraw those forms, but that has not been done. Parents are struggling to raise the school fees. I know of parents in my constituency who are selling land to pay school fees because this information has not been unpackaged to them. I had opportunity to organise for a forum where I brought the Higher Education Loans Board and KUCCPS to talk to the students.
