There are more students who have not applied than those who have. The information is not getting to them. Hon. Speaker, you need to give a direction to the new Cabinet Secretary, who has just assumed office, to fast-track this issue to extend the deadline and ensure that officers from HELB and KUCCPS go up to the sub-county levels to educate and assist the students and parents fill the forms, to ensure that we do not have any student disenfranchised because they did not get the information. This is important. Your direction is needed."
