"content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. Firstly, allow me to congratulate our two gallant heroines. Before the ravaging floods of the 60s in Nyando constituency, the family lived there. Then they moved to Muhoroni Constituency. And just like Hon. K'oyoo, I also claim a stake. I have known Dorcas and she is beautiful, both physically and mentally. She has what it takes to run our legal systems in the office of the Attorney-General if given time to operate. The litany of cases lost in our courts of law against the Government is a testament that there is a disconnect somewhere. Somebody is not being given an ample opportunity to serve this country in that capacity. If other people are advising the President over and above the advice coming from the Office of the Attorney- General, that has to stop so that Dorcas can be allowed to serve this country that she loves. I have known Beatrice Asukul. I sit on the National Executive Committee of the Orange Democratic Movement Party. She delivers her messages and her thoughts in such a humorous way that leaves everybody shocked by how she does it. I have complete confidence in these two ladies I have known very well over the years. The dockets that have been given to them will have what we call rapid flight towards progress. Therefore, I support and congratulate these two remarkable women. Thank you."
