    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the procedure is that the leaders meet the Provincial Administration. We restrict the number of divisions based on the land mass, population and community of interest. We recommend that for every new district we should not create more than three divisions. For every new division, we do not create more than four locations unless circumstances about the population density arise. With regard to timeframe, the work is massive and we should be able to give you the results within a period of six months or less."
