    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. First and foremost, I take this opportunity to congratulate Hon. Millie. She is also a ranking Member in the Defence, Intelligence and Foreign Relations Committee. I attest that she is equal to the task and she is a performer. I would like to tell her that the sky is the limit. On matters of Majority and Minority Parties, we follow the Standing Order, which are very clear. They talk about the Majority and Minority side. Anything outside the Standing Order is something that we can discuss outside this House. Let us congratulate Hon. Millie as the Whip of the Minority Party and welcome her. Thank you."
