    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to debate this Bill. The Bill originated from the Senate and the Members started debating it yesterday. This morning, we walked into a very sensational Report by one media house on the Mung Beans Bill, popularly known as the Dengu Bill, and in American English, the Green Grams Bill. The Mung Beans Bill had been debated in the Senate. Thereafter, it was brought to this House, and we have to consider it in accordance with the Standing Orders of the House as to whether we are going to adopt the Bill and agree with the Senate."
