    "content": "As a follow-up of that point, which has also concerned me as a Senator sitting in this hearing, we had an application under the Third Schedule, Rule 10 for the County Assembly asking for three more witnesses. However, they have already spent their time. The Speaker had indicated four hours. So, I just wanted to know whether they intend to bring the other three witnesses or what is it. We need direction because it seems like they have exhausted their time."
