(a) Could the Minister justify the sending of a large delegation, including five Cabinet Ministers, to Geneva ostensibly to articulate the Coalition Government’s position on Prof. Philip Alston’s Report at the UN? (b) What was the composition of the entire delegation as well as the total cost of the trip to the Government? (c) Could the Minister consider instituting measures to recover the expenses incurred by the Ministers for Lands and East African Community, whose inclusion in the trip was not necessary?"
