In fact, the only reason why the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance was excused was because it was a Budget week. Hon. Members are prepared to have this Question this week. Members of the public want to know what happened in Geneva. Why was everyone paid so much money and how was the money accounted for? Why is the Government running away from answering the Question?"
