I earlier on submitted that even if the audit report, indeed, should be considered by the County Assembly, still Article 229(6) is clear that the audit report is final. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, under no circumstances, in my own opinion, the County Assembly of Meru can negate a decision that has been made in the Auditor- General's report."
