I confirm that the document that I have presented in this House is an official document that was submitted to the honourable House by the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Public Service on Legal Affairs. It is an official document that was adopted in the House. I believed I did not need to have appointment letters because that is a document that was submitted to the House by the CECM in the summons.
