As per our earlier communications, the Assembly repeatedly requested additional information and clarifications regarding the filling of available vacancies in the respective boards. You then urge them at paragraph three to kindly refer to the afore-mentioned letters for clarity and the Assembly remains willing. Would you say that the County Assemblywas intentional in crippling the functions of the County Executive at all times?"
