    "content": "Thank you, Mr. TemporarySpeaker, Sir. The first question was about the registers and nomination in respect to the Motion. I was aware of these three documents only about the board. I was to remind the office of the Clerk to ensure that the board is in place. When I came here, I learnt that the three letters are purported to have come from the County Secretary. Since I am fully aware of how and when we communicated to the County Secretary, because the issue was in July but these letters are dated between September and March, I sensed something is not right. The recent letter over the same issue came on 17th July and it was recorded. That is the time I realised that there was a sinister motive to have those three letters to show that they have been reminding us. Secondly, when they brought the names of the nominees in the Assembly around July, we questioned and told them that those offices were not vacant, unless they advise otherwise on whether there were vacancies. They stayed for six months and we still reminded them that they had not responded to our letter on clarity as to whether those vacancies existed. It was on 17th July when they brought another letter.
